Order acceptance

Please note that the price quoted for each item on the Site should be regarded as an invitation for offer and should not be regarded as an offer. Your order is an offer for purchase, which will be accepted when Bridalexpress.se sends you the invoice. There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Bridalexpress.se reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Product and pricing information

While Bridalexpress.se strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Bridalexpress.se cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, or in the event of a custom order, Bridalexpress.se shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, Bridalexpress.se may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Images and brand names

All the images on the Site are only for inspiration. We sew up the dresses you choose from either the images you found on our Site or from your own design or pictures. We cannot guarantee that products are 100% identical to those in the pictures, but our experienced dress makers will make the dress very similar to the image you choose. We DO NOT sell dresses under any brand. Therefore, the dresses we deliver will not have any label. Accessories shown in the images of the products are not included in the dress price.

Colors

Bridalexpress.se has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Prices, taxes, duties, tariffs and/or brokerage fees

All prices on our site are ex Works China (Incoterm 2010). Bridalexpress.se cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders. To find out which if any of these may apply, please contact your local government. For orders from Sweden with payment in SEK to Swedish BankGiro, our cooperation partner in Sweden adds VAT (moms) on the invoice.
